What does "Copos" mean?

It's what our Costa Rican friends call shave ice.

And it's what we call DELICIOUS!

We take a boring block of ice and make magic by shaving it into fluffy white peaks of snowy goodness and then smother it with flavors and toppings that make you feel like you're on the tropical beach you've been dreaming of.
